Puede que hayas llegado aquí por casualidad o puede que buscaras encontrar mi portfolio online. ¡Bienvenido! Seguramente te preguntes cuál es la razón de esta web... Comienzo la aventura de mi vida con ilusión y mucha motivación para intentar conseguir mi sueño: convertirme en una buena periodista.
Soy natural de Bilbao, donde nací hace 26 años, y desde el principio tuve clara mi vocación. Me gradué en Periodismo + International Media Program en la Universidad de Navarra en mayo de 2014 y, gracias al doble programa de grado, cursé tercero de carrera en el extranjero, en la Facultad de Periodismo de la Universidad de Missouri con sede en Columbia.
Durante la carrera y nada más finalizarla he tenido numerosas experiencias laborales en medios como Antena 3, Newsy, Global Journalist... Y también me he especializado en el ámbito de la comunicación corporativa de la mano de LLORENTE & CUENCA en Madrid, consultoría en la que trabajé hasta el verano de 2017. Tras tres años de experiencia laboral, decidí formarme más y acabo de finalizar un Máster en Periodismo Multiplataforma y Producción Audiovisual, para el que he sido becada por la Fundación Amancio Ortega y la Fundación Santiago Rey Fernández Latorre. Actualmente, gestiono la comunicación de la start-up Arrecife Energy Systems, en la que ocupo el cargo de Directora de Comunicación desde el verano de 2017.
Hablo español e inglés con fluidez y también tengo un nivel Intermedio de Francés. En mi opinión, los idiomas son un recurso indispensable para involucrarme y aprender de un mundo en el que la Comunicación juega un papel clave. Todas las oportunidades que he tenido desde que empecé la carrera me han enriquecido enormemente tanto en el ámbito personal como profesional, me han ayudado a redefinir la idea que tengo del Periodismo, a potenciar mis habilidades y a entender la importancia del trabajo en equipo y de la perseverancia.

I am starting the journey of my life with hope and tons of motivation in order to achieve my dream: becoming a remarkable journalist.
I was born in Bilbao in 1992 and I knew what my vocation was since I was very little. I graduated from the University of Navarre in May 2014 in Journalism + International Media Program and I spent my Junior year abroad, studying at the School of Journalism of the University of Missouri, based in Columbia.
During and after finishing my career, I have had several professional experiences in media such as Antena 3, Newsy, Global Journalist... I have also specialized in the field of Corporate Communications after working at LLORENTE & CUENCA in Madrid, firm that I took part in until Summer 2017. After three years of continuous working experience, I decided to study and I have recently finished a Master's Degree in Cross-Platform Journalism and Audiovisual Production, for which I was given a scholarship by Fundación Amancio Ortega and Fundación Santiago Rey Fernández Latorre. At the same time, I am the Chief Communications Officer of the renewable energy start-up Arrecife Energy Systems.
I am fluent in Spanish and English and I also speak French. In my opinion, all those languages are a favorable skill to get involved and learn about a world in which Communication plays a key role. All the opportunities I have had since I started my degree have highly enriched me both personally and professionally, and have redesigned the idea I first had of journalism. Not only they have helped me to improve some skills such as team-working, news writing, anchoring and video editing but also enabled me to become fluent and understandable to an English-speaking audience.
